Maintain a routine
Create a routine for each day that includes things you enjoy. This will create a "groove" and protect you from wandering thoughts.
Write a list of things you are grateful for
Pin this list on your mirror or in your room and look at it if you ever feel overwhelmed. This will remind you of what you have and calm your thinking.
Don't be afraid to ask for help!!
Notice the signs of worsening mental health (see other post) and ask for help if you need to! You can check out some hotlines (see tab on website) or just talk to a trusted friend or adult.
