Our mission is to create a platform of resources and support for teens striving to improve mental wellness, especially during particularly difficult times such as the current pandemic.

COMMUNITY ALLIANCE FOR HEALTHY MINDS
A Partnership
Community Alliance for Healthy Minds, or CAHM, is a San Diego based organization that "exists to engage the community in raising awareness of and support for mental health issues and suicide prevention, particularly among youth and young adults, through venues of Music, Arts, and Education" (cahmsd.org). Project Hope and Health partnered with CAHM to spread awareness for mental wellness. Please check out their website to hear more about their organization and find more resources.
ABOUT
Carolyn is a senior at University City High School in San Diego, California. She has been an active member of Girl Scouts for the past 12 years and is passionate about helping others and her community. For her Girl Scout Gold Award project, she created Project Hope and Help to combine her interest in mental wellness and love for helping others. Her goal is to take this experience and continue working with mental health in the medical field.
