It is very understandable that you could get overwhelmed during really difficult times such as the current COVID 19 pandemic. Try doing a few of the tips below to get through

  • Don't rush things and understand it won't go away overnight. Take up a new hobby or find a new TV show to watch.

  • As difficult as it is, try to follow your counties guidlines regarding safety. Believe it or not, it will make you feel safer and have less anxiety regarding quarantine.

  • Reach out to people that are there for you. Call, text, or even write a letter to a friend. Find creative ways to meet up with friends and family (such as distanced meetups).

  • Find special ways to celebrate the events you may have missed. Plan a special dinner with your friends or family or plan an event for the future!
