When you find yourself having anxious thoughts, follow these 5 steps to calm down.
Take a deep breath
Shake out your body and all of your anxious and negative thoughts
Go to a place you feel safe (ie your room or a reading nook)
Make a list of all the reasons the thing that made you anxious, shouldn't
Finally, do something you enjoy: watching your favorite show, reading your favorite book, etc
